The Sprott School of Business at Carleton University invites applications from qualified candidates for a tenure-track appointment in Organizational Behaviour in the Management area group at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor, effective July 1, 2024.

The successful candidate will deliver undergraduate and graduate courses to a culturally diverse student body, supervise graduate students, maintain an active research program, and participate actively in the ongoing development of our academic programs in a highly collegial environment.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a PhD in Management, Business or Industrial/ Organizational Psychology (or have an expected completion date of July 2024), with a research and teaching specialization in Organizational Behaviour and evidence of experience teaching at a business school. Candidates should demonstrate potential for (Assistant Professor) or have a strong record of research publications and productivity (Associate/Full Professor) consistent with AACSB guidelines for a doctoral- granting business school. Candidates must also demonstrate a record of successful teaching, including having taught at least one university course (Assistant /Associate/Full Professor). Evidence of experience (or potential for) teaching both undergraduate as well as MBA courses would be considered an asset, as would be teaching with a project-based or experiential learning approach.
