Job description

We are looking for an E-Bike Technician/Sales Rep to join our
team! You will provide on-site diagnostic, service, build and repair
on our line of E-Bikes and E-Scooters. Sales Role will earn
additional commission + hourly rate.

Responsibilities:

* Inspect and perform e-bike repairs, bike assembly and replacement
of bike upgrades and parts
* Deliver a great customer experience when helping our clients find
and maintain their dream e-bike or e-scooter.
* Perform routine preventative seasonal maintenance 
* Respond to emergency maintenance requests
* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in e-bikes or other related fields
* Previous sales experience and strong communication skills
* Experience and enjoyment in sharing expertise with others
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
* Customer Service skills are a MUST - applicant will be customer
facing when building/assembling e-bikes for instore customers
