Job description
This position has a Commitment to Excellence in guest service, while providing necessary safety and security support to guests visiting IG Field.
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior guest service while ensuring proper building and safety protocols are being followed.
- Respond to requests for assistance from staff and visitors for a variety of security issues (fire, medical emergencies, etc.)
- Ensure all safety and building guidelines are being followed, and proper security checks are conducted.
- Assist in the control and safety of all guests that visit the facility.
- Ensure crowd control stays at a reasonable level and assist in emergency situations and conflicts as needed.
- Interact with the public and all levels of management and fellow employees.
- Enforce rules and regulations of the facility.
- Provide directional assistance, as needed, by being knowledgeable about locations throughout the facility.
- Provide professionalism, courtesy, and respect to all guests and fellow employees.
Requirements
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service skills
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills required
- Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work irregular hours including, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff including management.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
