Shifts: Monday- Friday | 8 hours/day

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist advisors and tax preparers in transmitting documents to clients
Modify and pre-fill documents using software
Secure PDF documents
Transmit information to the dedicated portal
Communicate with customers by telephone or e-mail
Perform various related administrative tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience is required
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Strong attention to detail and meticulousness.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
