Summary

Bell Media has an opportunity for a dynamic digital content producer to join our Promotion and Marketing team. In this role you will be responsible to create and manage original content on digital and social media platforms for BC Interior Radio and Television Properties. Reporting to the Regional Manager, Marketing and Promotions, this role will work to develop and execute digital marketing and promotions campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist with website content strategies, creation, design and editing
• Production of promotional campaigns design and programing content.
• Produce customer-specific display ads, website content and digital
• Contesting/promotion
• Generate content for platforms, including manipulating images and graphics
• Create webpages inside our sites for our broadcast customers
• Maintain the functionality and design of our company websites

Critical competencies

• Post-secondary education with marketing or media focus
• Demonstrated capability in graphic design and web design
• Strong writing skills for marketing & promotion
• Strong understanding of social media and digital KPI’s, and web traffic metrics
• Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work well under minimal supervision
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adjust work hours depending on deadlines
