Job description
Reporting to the Senior Procurement Specialist, the Procurement Coordinator will provide day to day support and assistance to the MRO Procurement team, as well as back-up support to Procurement Specialist (coverage). Other duties include but are not limited to procurement of requisitioned goods and expediting goods to site for LVPO & Punchout Catalogues. Additional responsibilities:
Purchase Materials and Services on behalf of KSPC:
Process orders in SAP (MM) which may include ad hoc requisitions, outline agreements, purchases from material number info records, and source lists
Bundle purchasing needs to support standardized buying activities based on the direction of the Senior Procurement Specialist
Analyze vendor capabilities versus requirements and research new suppliers
Evaluate existing suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, and supplier's track record
Identify LVPO errors, notify end users and resolve issues
Procure Tool Crib requirements over the $7500 limit of LVPO

Minimum 3 years' experience
College Diploma or University degree in Business, Accounting, Purchasing or related field
Certification preferred, including one of Supply Chain Certification., SCM Diploma, SCMP Designation, or equivalent
