Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Boisbriand
Salary: Up to $65,000 (based on experience)
Benefits: 3 weeks of vacation + sick days + (insurance + pension plan, effective day one)

Our client a renowned leader in the manufacturing industry is looking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist handling high-volume invoicing. Don’t miss this opportunity to work for a diverse team of professionals and supportive environment that values innovation.

Requirements:

- A collegiate degree or certificate in accounting or a related field
- At least 3 years experience in high volume, fast-paced A/P environment
- Fluent bilingualism to communicate internationally
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP and Concur would be a definite asset

Responsibilities:

- Processing a high volume of invoices (up to 6000 per month)
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Various financial reporting and analysis
- Creation of new suppliers
