- Continuously keep an out for unreasonable results or red flags within the process, working collaboratively with other members of the team to bring any issues to resolution quickly.
- Reach out to external fund managers with questions about input data, when needed.
- Ensure data integrity by performing thorough daily, weekly, and quarterly checks.
- Work with actuarial, systems and Client Service partners as part of regular maintenance and problem solving.

- Experience using IBM mainframe environment is an asset, but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven attention to detail, and ability to identify when a result is not within the range of expectation.
- Professional curiosity that will increasingly understand the logic behind the process that you own and the product it supports (it is not necessary to understand UL insurance in detail before starting the job, but there is an expectation that relevant knowledge will develop over time).
- Commitment to seeing a job well done, day in and day out, to support thousands upon thousands of customers who rely upon your work.
- Able to work under tight daily timelines to meet upload targets and occasionally being available to work beyond regular workday to resolve issues (supported by other team members).
