Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a committed, driven, motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant for the Medical Staff Office. The ideal candidate will have experience providing office management and organizational support.

Who you are

You have a worked in an Executive Assistant role for a minimum of three years. You have High School/Secondary Graduation level and completed courses in business administration at college (certificate) or university level.

You have experience in demonstrating professionalism, critical thinking, good judgement, showing initiative and being action-orientated. You have an advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications.

Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level.

What you will do

Job Responsibilities:

-Various administrative tasks to support Medical Director
-Reception for Medical Staff Office, including follow-up of various telephone and email requests
-Maintain call schedules
-Process incoming mail
-Maintain physician mailboxes
-Process expenses, purchase orders, including work orders for physicians' lounge
-Prepare various meeting packages
-Manage medical staff dues
-Maintain phone and staff databases
-Manage ID badge access requests
-Manage patient requests
-Manage V/C and teleconference requests
-Book meeting room and required equipment
-Minute/note taking as required, transcribing as required
-Assist with time keeping
