Job description

: Organizing and supervising activities of staff.

Job Duties & Responsibilities(but not limited to):

Supervise and Co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
Train staff in job duties, sanitation & safety procedures;
Prepare and submit reports;
Supervise and check assembly of trays;
Supervise and check delivery of foods;
Prepare budget and cost estimates;
Address customers complaints or concerns;
Establish methods to meet work schedules;
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies;
Ensure food service and quality control;
Maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales and wastage.

Skills and knowledge (but not limited to):

Customer Service, communication skills, ability to supervise working staff and able to work under fast-paced work environment.
