Job Description:

Co-ordinate administrative services

Collect and record administrative and services fees

Assist in preparing annual budgets

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services

Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the establishment

Interview, hire and oversee training for staff.

Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services

Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services

Organize and maintain inventory

Supervise administrative staff

Requirements:

Education: A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration or a related administrative services field is required

Experience:  At least 3 years of experience in business administration, finance or administrative services is required.

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods.

Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication, Initiative, Client focus, Accurate, Judgment, Efficient interpersonal skills, Team player, Organized

Computer and Technology Knowledge: QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, Advanced POS Knowledge

Language: English is required

Salary: $46.15 hourly, 30 hours per week.

Important information: Flexibility in schedule is required. The regular schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, or from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
