About the role:
Each project is run by an Auditdata Project Manager, who plans and coordinates the effort between our implementation managers and the software development group if changes are required in the customer solution.
You will be handling software projects implementation for Auditdata Clients from the initial pre-sale activities to running the integration and development according to agreed timeline, quality and cost.
What you will do:
- Initiate, plan, run and execute projects for our customers according to the Statement of Work
- Handle continuous customer communication and interaction on a regular basis, managing expectations and understanding customer needs
- Manage the estimation, planning, coordination, risk handing and budgeting of the customers deliveries. This is done together with the customer and in close cooperation with our commercial team, delivery and development teams
- Ensure the deliveries are released on time, on budget, in coordinated manner and with high quality within international environment
- Timeline and transparently report on the status, time and budget
- Manage and being a part of development of our project management processes and systems to run the customer delivery efficiently
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience of managing software development projects and delivery software solutions
- Experience of development/implementation large-scale projects (such as ERP, CRM etc)
- Experience in product development life cycle management
- A proven track record of working with global customer base, international partners; consultancy approach and strong customer focus
- Strong knowledge and experience with the Agile / PRINCE2 / PMI frameworks & principles
- You're skilled with different project management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira etc) tracking deliveries, budget, time planning and time registrations
- MsC, BsC in related field
Nice to have:
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar)
- Experience in healthcare
- Being naturally curious to understand technical solutions withing hearing aids production and audiology industry and how they create value for the end-users
You have:
- Fluent English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Consultancy approach and focus on building trusted relationship with customers
- Well-structured, result-driven personality and strong multitasking skills
