Job description

This renowned and well-established national company is looking for its next great Financial analyst FP&A to support the budget process and be part of the finance management committee. As the financial analyst FP&A you will be part of the strategic planning for the business and their forecast. If you are looking for a place to leave your mark and grow then this is the place to be. Responsibilities
1)Annual Plan Coordination:
Develop and maintain budget and expense forecast templates.
Identify information needs and create formats for entries and reports.
Analyze results, and coordinate adjustments via the management committee.
Facilitate information exchange with the corporate office and other divisions.
Work with CFO to prepare presentations and issue final plan.

2)Strategic Participation:

Actively involved in the preparation of the strategic plan and forecasts.

3)Investment Project Evaluation:
Participate as a financial member in the evaluation of new capital projects for their financial viability.

4)Project Support :
Collaborate within project teams, and provide financial data and analysis to facilitate business decisions.

5) Financial Reporting:
Produce regular and ad hoc reports to support management decision-making.

Qualifications
Bac in accounting with 3-5 years experience in the role
or a CPA with 2 years of experience in the role
Strong Excel practical experience ( modeling an asset)
Bilingual
good communication written and verbal
