Job description
Drake International is excited to partner with one of Atlantic Canada's top employers to find them their next team member! Our search has begun for a Partner Account Manager.
This position is responsible to plan and deploy an engagement and outreach strategy. This will include planning and hosting relevant events and training for, but not limited to, Engineers, Consultants, Manufacturer's Representatives, and Contractors. Must be an effective communicator, with excellent time management and organizational skills, and must be adaptable and results-driven.
What You will be Doing:
- Responsible for providing outreach and engagement
- Responsible to act as concierge for Partners to navigate programs and services by understanding their business and core competencies, as well as their growth strategies and plans, to help them leverage our clients resources
- Responsible for developing a partner engagement plan, providing education, and training, and attending networking opportunities to strengthen our clients reputation and raise awareness about their current and upcoming offerings
- Responsible for finding new partnership opportunities while maintaining current network development along with identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Expanding work with partners from diverse communities to reach underserved communities and increase program participation
- Responsible for collaborating with Marketing and providing input to plans, offers, and collateral related to Partners
- Facilitating a contractor appreciation program to ensure all contractors are aligned with the Preferred Partner network
- Perform all other duties as required

Who You Are:
- A Community College or University diploma in Communications, Marketing, PR, or Business-related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Knowledge and skills in business-to-business sales
- Ability to take on new opportunities and challenges, with a passion to continue to develop and grow
- Excellent client service skills (internal partners and customers) including the ability to work collaboratively or independently
- The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize deliverables and work independently or within a team.
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
