Deep Physio is located in Dawson Creek in the beautiful peace region of northern BC. It is a rural community located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. The area boasts for an active lifestyle, providing a multitude of outdoor summer and winter activities and sports. Do not be fooled by our location up north, Deep Physio is a state of the art clinic and well known throughout the region for our expert treatments and training. We recently moved into our beautiful 6000 sq foot clinic that houses 6 treatment rooms, a yoga/pilates studio and gym that we use for rehab/training and sports performance. We currently have five physiotherapists, an acupuncturist, massage therapist, kinesiologists, personal trainer and yoga/pilates instructors. We are looking to recruit another full time physio to meet the demands of our busy clinic. All our physiotherapists are trained in SFMA, FMS, STOTT Rehab Pilates and Neurokinetic therapy. We have a strong multidisciplinary team with all clinicians speaking the same language. Therefore, we help the successful candidate become certified in the above courses. We use manual therapy, soft tissue manipulation, acupuncture, taping, K-laser and shockwave, clinical pilates and functional exercise prescription to achieve the client’s goals. We believe in treating the body as a whole. We assess and diagnose the driver of the pathology and not solely focus on symptom relief. We treat and prevent recurrence with functional exercises and training. We have three phases within Deep that takes you from pain and injury to ultimate performance. We are looking for a highly motivated qualified physiotherapist to join our team.
