Reporting to our Director of Demand Generation, you will create and execute demand generation and client acquisition strategies aligned with our business objectives and target markets, with integrated campaigns, A/B testing, performance analysis, messaging and content creation. This role will manage the CAC and CPL strategy and budget guidelines and own the playbook for how to maximize investment and results while continuing to maintain efficient spend.
Your responsibilities include:

You will manage paid media campaigns in Google, Bing, Capterra, LinkedIn, and 6Sense–optimizing bids, keywords, landing pages, conversion rates, budget, messaging, and email nurture series.
ABM (Account-Based Marketing): Develop and execute advanced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, including account selection, research, and planning. Test, optimize, and produce ABM campaign materials and messaging, partner with BDRs and AEs to optimize outcomes, measure and report on results. Prioritize and group accounts according to opportunity, buyer need, persona, solution and buying cycle.

Performance Tracking & Analysis: Implement and manage UTM tracking, data architecture, workflows, reporting, and analytics execution to monitor campaign performance metrics, lead generation activities, and client acquisition efforts–identifying opportunities to improve conversion, cost to acquire, campaign performance, and more. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize campaigns, and achieve results.
Tech Stack Orchestration: Manage and orchestrate workflows across our tech stack to drive end-to-end journeys, optimal data insights, and marketing automation (Hubspot, SFDC, 6Sense, Drift, Google, Bing, Capterra, G2, LinkedIn, UserGems, Salesloft).
Events: Manage digital and in-person events, from project conception through execution, partnering closely with our content team on messaging and collateral, and our BDR team on meeting setting.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate and align with BDRs, AEs, Account Managers, and Marketing teammates to ensure cohesion and execution across GTM programs.
The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required:
