Global Network Coordinator

Job description
The Global Channel Strategy and Framework team is looking for a process-driven Coordinator to work with the team to provide support the regional network development teams of the Powersports Group. The purpose of the role will be to contribute to the evolution of the management of the Global Network.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Develop and draft policies according to global requirements, create and document processes to monitor these policies;
- Audit network compliance on policies;
- In collaboration with the regions and the legal department, review dealer files, draft letters and communications to dealers and distributors to address different topics related to agreements and policies;
- Proactively work on the global alignment of Network development processes, BRP agreements, policies, and programs. Collaborate closely, share insights and knowledge, and ensure a strong working partnership with key stakeholders in every region;
- Identify improvement opportunities of existing tools;
- Foster relationship with the regional teams in order to maintain / update / improve / standardize processes and policies;
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented;
- Process-driven with strong problem-solving and investigative abilities;
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines;
- Strong communication oral and in writing and relationship skills;
- Proactive and collaborative team player;
- Ability to work independently with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
- Degree in Business or Communications or equivalent;
- Proven track record of project coordination;
- Essential bilingualism both oral and written (French and English): The person will be required to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or unilingual English-speaking on a daily basis. Proficiency of any other language, such as Portuguese or Spanish, is a strong asset;
- Experience in Onsite or remote investigations;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
