Our client, an Industry leader in electrical distribution, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to grow their market share in Ottawa.
What you will do in this role: - Expand market share
- Build demand for the products by interacting with contractors, architects & designers, property agents, and local authorities in a sales and support role
- Provide technical support and product knowledge
- Maintain access to samples & product selection material
- Plan and facilitate trade shows & product awareness meeting
- Maintain records of all sales activity
The successful candidate will have: - Strong business acumen and ability to drive new revenue streams while maintaining a strong and loyal customer base
- Sales Hunter attitude
- Knowledge of Comm/Data is ideal.
- A valid driver’s license
- A passion for delivering sales & providing excellent customer service
- Be comfortable making decisions independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A professional manner and impeccable communication skills
- University or College Diploma Ideally an EET, MET, CET or RCDD
A competitive base salary, car allowance, performance bonus in the range of 20%-30% (uncapped), benefits and RRSP are offered.
