Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reliability Facilitator to join our dynamic team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role as an owner’s engineer working closely with our client and engineering consultant to develop performance, reliability, and maintenance programs for potash processing and material handling equipment. This position is office-based and involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, project team members, and external engineering consultants

Join us in contributing to a better future while enjoying the benefits of a collaborative community and diverse and interesting projects Responsibilities: Develop and implement reliability programs to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime. Develop root cause analysis procedures and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset performance and improve overall reliability. Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Optimize maintenance procedures. Engage with internal teams, including operations, production, and safety, to understand their needs and incorporate them into maintenance strategies. Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless integration of new equipment and technologies. Coordinate with external engineering consultants. Review and assess external engineering reports and recommendations, providing feedback and guidance as needed. Utilize data analytics tools to monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement Develop reporting systems on maintenance KPIs and reliability metrics.
