Role Designation: Home Based

Please note: This is a contract position anticipated to last one year.


Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire a talented and motivated Project Manager to ensure the successful management and execution of several complex and time sensitive key initiatives to support the Total Rewards team as the team participates in an enterprise-wide strategic transformation program. This team is responsible for the administration of employee payroll and commission, benefits, tax associated with benefits and payroll, SOX controls. You will organize and plan new and revised business processes and deliverables in support of the transformation program, capture meeting minutes and decisions, and coordinate cross-functional activities within the team and with the Communications and Change team to ensure we meet initiatives, goals and objectives. You will ensure alignment among the 3 leaders of the Total Rewards team, and where required, other areas of the company, and manage all aspects of the schedule, risks, and issues, reporting and governance.
