Role Designation: Home Based

Please note: This is a contract position anticipated to last one year.

Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire a talented and motivated Project Manager to ensure the successful management and execution of several complex and time sensitive key initiatives to support the Total Rewards team as the team participates in an enterprise-wide strategic transformation program. This team is responsible for the administration of employee payroll and commission, benefits, tax associated with benefits and payroll, SOX controls. You will organize and plan new and revised business processes and deliverables in support of the transformation program, capture meeting minutes and decisions, and coordinate cross-functional activities within the team and with the Communications and Change team to ensure we meet initiatives, goals and objectives. You will ensure alignment among the 3 leaders of the Total Rewards team, and where required, other areas of the company, and manage all aspects of the schedule, risks, and issues, reporting and governance.

Accountabilities:

In collaboration with the (3) Total Rewards team leaders

• Understand program priorities and support the day-to-day management and overall execution of key initiatives
• Enable effective working relationships and achievement of program deliverables
• Establish, document and track deliverables, milestones, timelines of program initiatives
• Prioritize and organize work to be completed, adjust as required when issues or risks arise
• Schedule team and other stakeholder meetings as required
• During meetings, capture minutes, takeaways, deliverables and add to project plans where appropriate
• Communicate assigned takeaways, deliverables and follow up to ensure completion to achieve desired result by initiative
• Coordinate initiative deliverables with Communications, Linguistics, Change and other business areas as required
• Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, and resolve or escalate project issues

Qualifications:

• Possesses PMP or CAPM or combination of proven skills and experience
• Minimum 5 years’ Project Management experience. Human Resources projects or initiatives, specific to supporting benefits and payroll projects preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and Communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks
• Exercises discretion and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
• Proficient Computer skills including MS Office Suite
• Ability to interact and negotiate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Some knowledge and/or experience in process and procedural improvement and change management
