- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site, ensuring that project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or quality concerns.
- Manage and mentor junior site staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including daily reports, photos, and documentation of any changes or deviations from the original plans.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Site Superintendent role, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate a diverse team of workers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to project management.
- Relevant certifications and training in construction management, safety regulations, and related fields.
