Job description

ITC Infotech is looking for a PLIM Delivery Lead to join our Team in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Location: Vancouver, BC – This role requires the candidate to be on premises for 2-3 days.

What you’ll do:

• You will Lead and manage Java development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• You will work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• You will define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the project team.
• You will develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• You will allocate resources and manage project teams, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
• You will monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
• You will communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• You will ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines in Java development.

Must Haves:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Java development projects in a software development environment.
• Strong technical background in Java programming and development methodologies.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as Kafka, Kafka Streams, and AWS services.
• Proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, practices, and experience working with MDM products.
• Excellent project management skills, including experience with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
