Your new role

The open role is for a Customer Care Coordinator for their High Rise Division, who will conduct office administration duties, including incoming and outgoing paperwork, filing and general organization of site files. They will create detailed schedules and confirmation deadlines, service and work orders with trades and suppliers, and record and review ensuring all warranty repair deadlines are met. This individual will create professional, healthy and reliable relationships with trades in order to always maintain these timelines and team coordination. Finally, they will coordinate service technicians to compute service work and ensure all paperwork is accurate while maintaining schedules that work with current homeowners. Maintenance of Tarion submissions and all documentation on Builder portal including, but not limited to enrolments, performance audits, CCP's and closing dates.


What you'll need to succeed

The successful Customer Care Coordinator will have 1–3 years of experience in the residential construction business specifically in High Rise. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with various departments, trades and homeowners. The Customer Care Coordinator will be able to work under pressure with a high attention to detail, which will also require strong time management skills. Experience with Tarion Builder Link and/or Newstar would be ideal and considered a definite asset.


What you'll get in return

The successful Customer Care Coordinator will receive a base salary between $50,000 and $65,000 dependent on experience, full comprehensive benefits and vacation time.
