Duties:
- Supervise, manage, and organize the tasks of employees.
- Coordinates the installation of wiring, fixtures, power systems, telecommunications, and cable systems.
- Address and solve complex work-related issues and propose measures to enhance efficiency.
- Make recommendations regarding hiring and advancement.
- Develop strategies to meet deadlines and coordinate activities with subcontractors.
- Source necessary materials and supplies.
- Make required arrangements for the training of employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and generate progress reports on work.
- Supervise and schedule the work of apprentices, assistants, and laborers in related tasks.
