GoodMinds.com is a First Nations family owned business, who is passionate about Indigenous education. We are a leading source for vetted First Nations, Métis and Inuit books and gifts. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to add to our team!

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting customers/answering questions via phone and email
• Assisting customers with orders
• Following up on purchase orders
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• Computer experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Eligibility

• Criminal Record Check required
• Driver's License preferred
