The Accounts Receivable Specialist will take on a variety of responsibilities including accounts receivable, reconciliations, and other duties as assigned. You will also be a contributor to month-end and year-end audit processes. We are looking for people who are detail-oriented and who can be both accurate and efficient at the same time.
This is a contract to start, and there is a very good chance that the contractor will be considered for permanent employment down the road if they are an excellent worker. Swim Recruiting will provide interested candidates with a detailed job description.
We are looking for an accounting professional who is a team player and who enjoys working in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment. Candidates will have at least 2 years recent full cycle AR experience, and will be computer savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience using Sage Business Vision is an asset. Must have good intermediate-level Excel skills. Excellent communication skills are required.
Our client’s corporate office is located in Delta, accessible by car or bus. Free parking is available.
For the contract, hourly rate commensurate with level of accounts receivable experience and skills- likely around $24 an hour. For permanent employees, this company provides an annual base salary around $50,000, bonus, and extended health benefits. Please discuss your total compensation expectations in more detail with SWIM!
