Job description

* Supervise and schedule activities of the staff who prepare and serve the food.
* Think about and establish process to meet the workload.
* Maintain records of stocks, wastage, and sales.
* Follow franchise standards and direct staff to follow the same.
* Talk with customers and resolve complaints about food and service.
* Train staff and ensure that the staff meets safety and sanitation procedures.
