Our client, an established Mechanical Contractor is looking for a Mechanical Foreman to run a multi-unit residential project. This is a long-term career opportunity with a lot of room for growth.
- Looking for someone with experience in running large projects and a crew
- Excellent pay and benefits as well as company vehicle
- Pay will be dependent upon experience
Mechanical Foreman Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Supervise and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities of construction crew
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the construction process
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Manage project budgeting and cost control
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction crew members
Mechanical Qualifications: - Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Experience in budgeting and cost control for construction projects
- Strong supervisory skills to manage a construction crew effectively
