Job duties: Supervise and coordinate staff work activities
Help prepare work schedules;
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for restaurant operations
Train restaurant staff in job duties and restaurant procedures
Monitoring inventory and notifying restaurant management when supplies fall below pre-determined levels;
Ensure high level of food and service quality during restaurant operations
Responding to guest enquiries and complaints;
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $27.00 per hour
Location of work: Toronto/GTA
Skills requirements:
Completion of a program in food service, hotel and restaurant management, or related field OR 1 year to 2 years of work experience in food preparation or service is required.
Prior Supervisory or managerial work experience is strongly preferred
