$130,000 - $150,000 + Bonus (10%) + Progression + Excellent Benefits
An excellent role on offer for a Plant Manager looking to join Canadians largest manufacturer in their industry, where you will work in a technically interesting and challenging role, whilst progressing to VP of Operations long-term.

This company are specialists in the manufacture of a variety of products to a range of different industries. They have over 10 manufacturing sites across North America, and they supply they supply their products to the medical, industrial furniture and other industries. They have recently acquired two companies and they have ambitious plans to expand in to 3 US states over the next 12 months. Due to these exciting expansion plans, they are looking for a Plant Manager who will play a pivotal role in this expansion.
In this role, you will take complete ownership of their flagship site. You will manage all plant related activities, manage 170 employees and you will play a key role in all the production onsite. You will also lead, develop and mentor your team, whilst adhering to high levels of health & safety.
This role would ideally suit a Plant Manager who has experience of driving and implanting culture change, where you will work for Canada’s biggest manufacturer in their industry, whilst looking to progress to become the VP of Operations long-term.
