Adventure365 is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to work at both our Adventure365 store and Kivi Park. The ideal candidate is energetic, people-focused, and has a passion for Ski, Bike and Run. This is a great Full-Time position that would allow someone the opportunity to aid in developing specialized programming that encourages community health, wellness and active living through organized sports and recreational opportunities.

You Get To:  

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, product knowledge and firsthand experiences while driving sales.

• Assist with hiring, training and motivating your team to provide a high level of customer service
• Develop specialized programming related to Adventure365 and Kivi Park
• Advise customers on the use and care of merchandise, and provide advice concerning specialized products or services  
• Prepare merchandise for purchase and/or rental
• Influence processes and inspire new efficiencies with your ideas
• Organize events
• Support local groups and clubs
• Execute store tasks and upkeep such as visual merchandising, pricing, restocking, seasonal changeover, and inventory  
• Constantly learn and grow in your role.  
• Participate in promotional activities and local events  
• Represent the company with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.  

Qualifications and Skills:  

• Previous management and/or customer service experience
• Have the need to succeed  
• Good understanding of business management and leadership principles
• Love People; working with them, helping them, building strong relationships with them  
• A genuine team player, we are one team  
• Available to work evenings and weekends 
• Passionate about Ski, Snowboard, Bike and/or Run  
• Enjoy challenges and rewards  
• Display strong verbal/ written communication skills  
• Possess proven sales experience and demonstrated success  
• Reliable transportation to get between our Adventure365 store and Kivi Park
