As a key member within the North American Controllership team, the Manager, Accounting and Reporting is responsible for leading a team of 3 Designated Senior Accountants in supporting all the financials for North America this includes: General Ledger close for Canada, Month-end close for US entities, Balance Sheet Reporting at a NA & Global level, NA Foreign Exchange Forecasting & Reporting, and Projects (as assigned).
This is a key role in not only overseeing the local staff of 3 but overseeing the financial close and indirectly managing global teams.
The portfolio of responsibilities is varied and includes the financial close team oversight and analysis of financial statement preparation, SOX, accounting process improvements, contract review and FX oversight, Canada tax partnerships, treasury partnerships, reports, FX forecasting, financial system optimization, etc.

Headquartered in Greater Vancouver area in a beautiful and impressive facility/campus. Hybrid 3 days a week in office.
Base salary commensurate with work experience ranging from $100-110,000, plus a competitive bonus and generous equity offerings, vacation, benefits, and more perks!
