We will provide:
– Pay range of $25 to $28 per hour
– A range of 30 – 40 hours per Week throughout your employment period
– Paid vacation of 10 calendar days each year or 4% salary
Job Duties
- Manage and organize office schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure efficient time management.
- Prepare communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate relay of messages
- Keep track of office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained for uninterrupted operations.
- Assist in monitoring the inventory of products.
- Manage and organize important documents related to business operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical departments and office team.
- Plan and organize internal team events and activities.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, providing information and directing inquiries.
- Train new team members on office procedures
Requirements
- Education: High School Completion
- Six months of Office Experience in customer service, compliance is preferred.
- Ability to legally work in Canada
