Contractor Management Specialist – EH&S
Our client is searching for an experienced
Contractor Management Specialist to join their team in Calgary. The ideal candidate will support contractors/vendors with Environmental Health and Safety portions of the pre-qualification, contractor onboarding, qualification and performance management processes and ensures operational conformance.
Your success will be defined by your ability to: - Directs EH&S aspects of SCM contractor processes, validating organizational compliance and updating standards as needed.
- Manages pre-qualification tool ISNetworld and ensures implementation of internal contractor safety best practices.
- Conducts data analysis, provides KPIs, and offers recommendations to enhance contractor safety performance.
- Demonstrates ability to plan, lead projects, and improve contractor safety, with a deep understanding of construction processes and safety controls.
Your strengths include: - Post-secondary education and relevant certifications, with a preference for professional accreditations like CRSP.
- 5 years of experience supporting EH&S in contractor management, with field experience in oil and gas construction being advantageous.
- Clear communication with solid technical writing experience
