Job description

This is a contract position for a Oracle Cloud Specialist - Fusion Cloud for our public sector client.
Work location: Downtown Toronto
Duration: Eight Months
7.25 hours/day
This is a Hybrid role that requires the candidate to be onsite 3 days of the week (This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non-negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.)

Responsibilities
Consultant is expected to deliver the following key deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. This will be required for AP (Account Payables), AR (Account Receivables), FA (Fixed Assets), CM (Cash Management), PA (Project Costing), GL (General Ledger) and POS iSupplier:
• Business Requirements: Understanding and documenting the business requirements to configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials accordingly.
• Mapping and Configuration: Setting up Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules to align with the business processes and needs.
• Implementation: Assisting in the implementation process, which involves data migration, testing, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.

• Training and Documentation: Providing training sessions and creating documentation according to oracle implementation methodology.

Qualifications
Mapping and Configuration: Setting up Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules to align with the business processes and needs.
5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials
At least 2 years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud -Financial modules. This includes knowledge of financial processes, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, Assets, Project Costing, iSupplier and financial reporting.
