- Ensure Compliance and Best Practices: Focus on maintaining HR compliance and best practices across your business unit, safeguarding the organization's integrity and standards.
- Lead and Investigate: Use your HR expertise to lead corporate investigations, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and contributing to critical decision-making processes
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources management.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources and/or Business.
- CHRP Designation (preferred).
- Experience in handling employee relations.
- Strong skills in engaging and negotiating with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work closely with operational teams to support business growth.
