Job Profile
The heavy equipment shop foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
Wage: $47/hour
Schedule: 4x10s

Job Duties
- Managing a team of technicians
- Scheduling Repairs
- Keeping work orders and paperwork organized and up to date
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Maintaining inventory
- Coordinating with other departments for efficient workflow
- Mentor, help train, and work alongside technician's when needed
- Watch over the shop and report defects
- Be active in the company safety program
- Regular reporting to the manager
- Any other projects assigned by the manager
Qualifications
- Journeyman HET on-road
- Foreman experience an asset
