You want to make a difference, offer personalized support, in collaboration
with a multidisciplinary team, to adults who need to discover, develop and
actualize their full potential. p>
As part of your duties, you will be an agent of inspiring change in
achieving client objectives by promoting introspection, reflection and taking action.
You will lead group workshops, laboratories and plan individual
meetings promoting self-knowledge, experimentation with new situations and taking action to manage your career.
/p>
You will collaborate with different partners in the community (organizations, businesses, agents from
Services Québec offices) and participate in networking activities.
Level of study
College diploma in special education or related training
Qualifications; Skills required
- Have a minimum of four (4) years of experience
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Have a concern for quality (ethics, confidentiality, rigor)< br />- Knowledge of the customers served by Services Québec (an asset)

Mont-Saint-Hilaire (at our head office)
Teleworking (occasionally)
Salary
Depending on experience
