Job description
Operate and drive tractor-trailer to transport goods and materials on longhaul
routes throughout Canada and USA
Performing pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections of vehicle systems,
equipment and cargo securement
Communicate with operations supervisor and other drivers
Completing paper work including log books, trip reports, inspection reports
and other documents as needed
Receive and relay information to central dispatcher
Pickup and delivery of freight in a safe and efficient manner
Handle freight and freight documents
Professional communication with customers
Ensure 100% compliance with safety regulations
Perform all other duties as requested
