Job description
Title: Accounting Technician
Salary: 55 000-65 000$/year
Location: Ville Saint Laurent
Schedule: 40 hours/ week
Our client a company in expansion is looking for an Accounting technician to join their great team. Possibility of evolution
Perform accounts payable entries, including validating invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts;
Conduct accounting and month-end processes;
Process payments;
Prepare bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and others;
Handle customer invoicing;
Contribute to the preparation of year-end and month-end audits;
Government reporting;
Data entry in SAP software;
Accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years in accounting
DEC or DEP in accounting
Attention to detail;
Proactive;
Knowledge of SAP software (Asset)
Autonomous
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel;
Good teamwork and organizational skills;
Excellent language skills in English, and functional French.
