Job description
Agfa Inkjet Solutions is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate inventory of stock and Ensures product adjustments are properly applied in SXe and SAP system. The Logistics Coordinator is accountable to facilitate the receiving and storing, moving and shipping of supplies, stock and materials, effectively managing the timely flow of order processing. Picks and delivers materials in a timely flow to support customer request, work closely with the supply chain and customer service teams. Complete documentation such as pick lists, bills of lading, and shipping orders using computer-based technology
Responsibilities, but not limited to the following:
- Verify all incoming inventory for accuracy which includes quantity accuracy
- Works within and follows the logistical processes
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies to Supply chain.
- Receive purchase orders using the SXe system.
- Pick and ship material against sales orders using SXe system.
- Putting away stock material in stockroom in correct stock locations.
- Maintain stock room locations.
- Complete documentation such as pick lists, BOL, shipping documentation using computer-based technology. Be able to do cycle counts.
- Load and unload delivery trucks if needed and make sure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order and the customer order.
- Maintains the workplace and warehouse in a neat, clean, secure and orderly condition.
- Any other duties assigned by manager.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- 3-5 years related experience

- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- A good understanding and comprehension of work instructions
- Ability to meet productivity and quality standards
- Must have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work with fellow team members as a team
- Ability to operate Forklift and Forklift License.
