Responsibilities
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s website search engine results rankings
- Collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
- Manage the expenses of campaigns, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling differences
- Closely collaborate with web development team to ensure best practices are properly followed throughout website content
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive content creation and content marketing
- Take responsibility for page optimization for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery and optimization for new relevant keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials
- Create and execute link building strategy
- Change website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve positions for target keywords
- Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
- Monitor daily performance metrics
- Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage strategy
- Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions to improve website search results
- Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Business platforms
- Apply audience insights and analytics data to inform paid social campaigns
- Be up to date with the latest social media trends, apply international best practices and innovative tools
Qualifications
- Successfully devised and developed paid social campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Etc.
- Experience in paid social strategies optimized for ROI
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to provide brand-led strategic messaging
- Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns on TikTok is a plus
- Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through Meta and Google Analytics
- Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to adapt to agile ways of working
- Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines
