Job Title: Director of HVAC – Commercial Products
Location: Onsite - Central Canada

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the HVAC department to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead product development initiatives aligned with market trends and customer needs.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and professionals.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers to maintain product quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial goals for the HVAC department.
- Drive a customer-focused approach through continuous improvement and feedback integration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
- Must have commercial HVAC experience.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in HVAC, preferably within manufacturing.
- Profound knowledge of HVAC systems, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven ability to achieve business growth and financial objectives.
