The Enterprise Cloud Architect Cloud Architects will play a crucial role in designing implementing and managing the organizations cloud infrastructure. Cloud Architects will be responsible for developing scalable and secure cloud solutions working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the alignment of cloud architecture with business goals. Your expertise in cloud technologies will be essential in optimizing performance reliability and efficiency across our cloudbased systems.
Responsibilities:
- Cloud Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies and services to meet business requirements.
- Define cloud architecture principles standards and guidelines.
- Cloud Infrastructure Design:
- Design and implement scalable and costeffective cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Architect highavailability and faulttolerant systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize applications for cloud deployment.
- Implement and oversee robust security measures for cloudbased systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
- Cloud Services Integration:
- Integrate and manage various cloud services including compute storage networking and databases.
- Implement and optimize cloudbased solutions for data storage processing and analytics.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment and management processes.
- Develop strategies for costeffective cloud resource utilization.
- Monitor and analyze cloud usage identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Implement resource scaling and autoscaling mechanisms for optimal performance.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:
- Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud environments.
- Ensure data backup and recovery processes are reliable and efficient.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development operations and security.
- Communicate cloud architecture concepts and best practices to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to teams to ensure adherence to cloud standards
Requirements
Skill Requirements/Qualifications:
The Resource must have the following minimum qualifications or experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or in a similar role.
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
- Strong understanding of cloud security compliance and best practices.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desired and Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Cloud certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Knowledge of serverless computing concepts and frameworks.
- Familiarity with hybrid and multicloud architectures
