Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The Customer Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients by providing outstanding customer service and support.

Position: Account Manager
Salary: 45K to 50K / year
Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekday schedule) in office
Location: Pointe-Claire

Responsibilities
- Ensure that a large flow of incoming calls from different dealerships in Canada is answered
- Be in charge of providing answers to members' questions
- Accompany members in their use of the service and find the right products for their needs
- Create quotes on demand
- Establish the link between members and suppliers

- Evaluate possible business opportunities
- Work closely with the manager and team members
- Other related customer service tasks

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or related roles, preferably in a B2B environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.

Bilingual proficiency in English and French
