Job description
Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share - Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions - Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients - Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions Experience: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a Coffee & Tea / Food & beverage related field - Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies - Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals - Experience in account management, including upselling and cross-selling products or services
