Job description

Our long-term client is seeking a full-time permanent Executive Assistant to support and executive in the Finance department. This role offers good work-life balance, solid benefits, and the chance to join a dynamic team and great company culture! The role will be mostly on-site in Downtown Toronto, with occasional work from home days.


Role and Responsibilities

-Scheduling and calendar management

-Travel and meeting coordination

-Minute taking

-Expense management

-Event coordination

-Preparation of documentation, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.

-Project support

-Update and maintain the filing system

-Assist with development and implementation of departmental administrative processes and procedures

-Mail coordination

-Other related administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications and Skills

-Must have completed a post-secondary Degree or Diploma

-Must have a minimum of 4 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally in a corporate environment

-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented

-Must have excellent time management skills

-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

-Must be proficient in MS Office

-Must have strong analytical skills
