Service Manager
This role is based in Kelowna, BC. Relocation is provided!Our client, a premier full-service RV dealership in Canada, renowned for its nationwide presence, expert service, diverse RV selection, and dedicated staff, is currently seeking a dynamic Service Manager to join their Kelowna dealership and contribute to their exceptional team!

What You Will Be Doing:- Oversee and guide the operations of the Service department, including scheduling and maintaining quality assurance standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Conduct performance evaluations and offering coaching and mentoring to staff members.
- Ensure adherence to company standards for cost control, waste reduction, safety protocols, and timely delivery of services.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze key performance indicators, and take corrective actions as needed to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Bring To The Table:- Leadership and Management Experience: The ability to effectively lead and manage a technical team, with a focus on driving performance, fostering a positive work environment, and achieving organizational goals.
- Technical Knowledge and Mechanical Abilities: Strong understanding of mechanical systems and repair techniques, along with the ability to oversee and ensure quality maintenance operations.
- Attention to Detail and Compliance: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to interact professionally and effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
