Randstad is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work for a well known Home improvement company in the Oakville area. This is a full time, permanent hybrid position, to find out more, read below:
This unique position includes a variety of tasks ranging from phone calls (customer service + Preliminary Technical support), Fulfilling orders using SAP Business One and following up on shipments etc. The ideal candidate for this position will be a, well organized, self-motivated multi-tasker with previous customer service experience with the right balance of ambition, enthusiasm and personality.
Communicate with existing and new customers on a daily basis over the telephone
• Administrative duties including order entry, order tracking, following up with Courier service

Responsibilities
Communicate with existing and new customers on a daily basis over the telephone
Administrative duties including order entry, order tracking, following up with Courier service
Establish relationship with customers by communicating and resolving issues.
Responsible for order entry and/or maintenance for assigned accounts.
Review plant delivery schedules versus requested dates and resolves any conflicts. Tracks and
Communicate order confirmations, changes and cancellations to both customers and internal
Opportunity spotting for upselling and cross selling
Qualifications
Must be fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
1-2 Years of call centre/customer service
Previous experience is an asset in any or all: Order processing, the home building industry, inside/outside sales
Experience with SAP or CRM an asset
