Senior Team Leader Responsibilities- Coordinate shift assignments for associates
- Plan and oversee New Product Introduction trials
- Manage Safety Incidents, Customer Claims, and Missed Shipments, including issue escalation
- Provide daily reports to Senior Managers
- Conduct initial root cause analysis and implement countermeasures; act as Responsible Supervisor in designated area
Senior Team Leader Requirements- Possession of post-secondary education is considered an asset and prerequisite for advancement to the Manager level.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production leadership at a Team Leader level within a related industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines, achieve targets, and uphold safety and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Kaizen methodologies and practices.
- Proven track record of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Up to $85,000 to start, salaried with paid overtime
